We always want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We want our products to bring a wave of joy when they arrive at your home, so you'll always come back to us.
If for any reason you're disappointed with your purchase, we'll do our best to resolve the issue by following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Changed Your Mind? (Right of Withdrawal)
If you wish to return or exchange an item because you've changed your mind, and the product is in perfect condition but simply doesn't suit you, you have 7 (seven) days from the date you received the goods to request a return via phone or email.
How to Process a Return or Exchange if You've Changed Your Mind:
- Contact customer support via email.
- Send the product back via post, with postage paid by you, to the sender's address. Important: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, with any seals unbroken (if applicable), and include all its accessories.
- Once we receive the product and confirm it meets the above conditions, you can choose to:
- Receive a Shop credit for the total amount paid, which can be used immediately for another purchase or for a future purchase within 6 months.
- Receive a refund for the product's value, using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
If your order has already been dispatched and you request a cancellation, you'll need to wait for the product to arrive, then send it back to the address provided by us. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed.
The Shop is not obliged to exchange any product where the defect was caused by misuse, or to accept requests outside the stated deadlines.
We provide measurements in centimetres for all our products to help ensure you choose the correct size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, retailers are not legally obliged to facilitate exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind about the colour, size, model, or any other aspect. The right guaranteed to the customer by the consumer protection code is to make exchanges only in the case of faulty products.
Other Issues:
All issues described above, as well as any others that may be identified, must be communicated to the Shop by phone or via email.
Products returned without prior communication, outside the specified timeframe, or missing accompanying items/accessories, may be sent back to you without prior notice.
In addition to the occurrences mentioned, if any of the following apply, you should refuse to accept the product upon delivery:
- Open or damaged packaging
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product
- Missing accessories
If you still receive the product, please contact the Shop's customer support within 72 hours of receipt. We hope this has clarified your queries!
