How to activate the capsule
1. Assemble the bottle.
2. Insert the capsule by pressing it down.
3. Unlock the magic at the mouthpiece with a quick pull upwards on the capsule! This simple movement activates the flavour, leaving you ready for action.

When I drink, air enters and it makes a noise is that normal?

How long does a capsule last?
One capsule provides flavour for at least 5 litres of water!
As we use natural flavours and no artificial ingredients, it goes without saying that the capsules, unfortunately, don’t last forever.
My capsule is activated but I still can’t taste anything why?
1. Check that you have assembled your bottle correctly.
2. Make sure your capsule is fully activated.
3. Ensure the straw is properly inserted into the mouthpiece.
4. Try another capsule to rule out the possibility of a faulty one.
5. Completely disassemble and reassemble the bottle.
Do the capsules fit other bottle models?
No, the capsules are exclusive to our MyBest Sense bottle and will not work with any other bottle.
What is the delivery time?
